Faculty
Our group works in the area of printed electronics and thin film deposition. We work on both fundamental and applied research, related to electronic device fabrication. We focus mainly on vapor deposition, solution processing, and wet chemical routes for synthesis and fabrication and use a variety of characterization techniques for structural and functional property measurments.

Group Updates

  1. Kevin Daniel won the best poster award for his presentation at the International Conference on Functional Materials (ICFM) held at IIT Kharagpur in Janurary 2020. Congrats.
  2. Nitheesh, Sarvari, and Hari presented their work at the XXth International Workshop 
    on Physics of Semiconductor Devices (IWPSD 2019), held in Kolkata. Sarvari won the Dr. S.K. Agarwal memorial award for best poster. Congrats.
  3. Jahanara presented her work on NiO-ZnO nanocomposites at the 6th International Conference on Advanced Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology (ICANN 2019), held in Guwahati. 
  4. A YouTube channel has been created for the group. The link is available in the left. The channel will be used to provide updates on the group research activities.  
  5. Nitheesh and Sarvari presented their work at the International Conference on Advanced Materials and Processes for Defence Applications (ADMAT 2019). Nitheesh won first prize at the Innovation Pavilion contest. Congrats.
  6. Nitheesh's work on printed transparent capacitive touch sensors has been published in Flexible and Printed Electronics. Kevin and Sai Chandrahaas are co-authors. Congrats. The article can be accessed here
